1. Agreement
By downloading or using LungType you agree to these terms. If you buy a plan, the checkout terms of Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, also apply.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LungType on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove its license checks.
3. Plans and limits
The Free plan includes 2,000 words of dictation and 60 minutes of meeting transcripts per week. Pro and Max raise or remove these limits as described on the pricing page. Weekly limits reset every Monday at 00:00 local time. When a limit is reached, that feature pauses until the reset.
4. Payments and renewals
Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Recording meetings
Laws on recording conversations differ by country. You are responsible for telling the other participants and getting their consent before you record a meeting.
6. Your content
Your audio, transcripts and dictations belong to you and stay on your device. We do not receive them.
7. Third-party services
Command Mode uses Anthropic’s Claude through your own Claude account or API key, and AI memory (MCP) works with AI apps you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and any fees they charge are yours.
8. Open source components
LungType includes open source software under its own licenses. See third-party licenses.
9. Updates
The app checks for updates. We may add, change or remove features over time.
10. No warranty
LungType is provided “as is”. Speech recognition and cleanup can make mistakes; check important text before you send it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
We may end a license that is used in breach of these terms. You can stop using LungType at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will note the date of the latest change on this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
